Even Canadian Olympic team member, Vasek Pospisil, knows Court 6 is one of the ground’s most happening spots. Pospisil made an appearance on the promo court on Sunday morning with a group of lucky kids who were selected to participate in the Ombrelle Clinic. Pospisil gave pointers and tips to the budding tennis stars, and even shared a few secrets of his swing. Old fans (and new) gathered around to watch Pospisil’s prowess up-close-and-personal.

Running all week-long is the Serve To Win competition! Make sure your arm is warmed up and your toss is on-point as you aim to hit targets with your serve. For complete details, head over to the courts and talk to someone in a bright blue Rogers Cup shirt for all the information.
The stars touch down on the rad red courts on Monday afternoon as the National Bank Pro-Am and Rogers Player for a Day Pro-Am will be in full force. Drop by to see some friendly competition and notable faces out on Court 6.
Another can’t-miss event is the “Have a Go” wheelchair tennis clinic running Wednesday at 2:3o p.m. Take a seat in a chair, pick up a racquet, and see what it takes to play the demanding sport while receiving tips courtesy of the awesome folks at the Ontario Wheelchair Sports Association.
These are just a few of the many exciting events running over the course of the week on the Promotions Court. To find out the full schedule, swing by the court and chat with anyone from the promo crew for other times and dates to mark down in your calendar.
