Tennis Canada Receives A « Ulysse » For
The Rogers Cup Presented By National Bank

Tennis Canada had the immense honor of receiving a Ulysse prize at the tourism Grand Prize Gala of Quebec. Each year since 1985, these prizes are awarded to organizations or persons of the tourism industry in recognition of their outstanding achievements and innovations. The prestigious trophies were given to regional winners who automatically become eligible for the provincial contest which will be held on May 26th.

Nominated in the category “Festival and touristic event – overall budget of 1 million dollars or more”, Tennis Canada was in competion against some of Montreal’s hottest event like the Just for Laughs Festival, the Montreal Bike Fest and the Montreal High Lights Festival.

“This award confirms the Rogers Cup as one of Montrealers’s favorite events and also recognizes the positive impact it has on the city of Montreal”, said Tennis Canada’s Regional Marketing Director Claudine Ferragut. “We want to share this honour with our staff and volunteers who do a tremendous job to ensure the success of our event.”
